ALGEMEEN

Dit zijn de algemene voorwaarden van Skin Culture. Wanneer je een bestelling plaatst bij Skin Culture of een overeenkomst hebt met Skin Culture geef je aan akkoord te gaan met de algemene voorwaarden. Skin Culture behoudt het recht om ten allen tijden de algemene voorwaarden aan te passen.

OVEREENKOMST

Er is sprake van een overeenkomst wanneer een particuliere klant een bestelling heeft geplaatst bij Skin Culture. Er is sprake van een overeenkomst wanneer een zakelijke klant een getekende offerte heeft geretourneerd of een bestelling heeft geplaatst.

PRODUCT

Alle producten van Skin Culture zijn handgemaakt, op basis van natuurlijke ingrediënten. Skin Culture streeft er naar om producten zoals weergeven op de website te leveren. Door het ambachtelijke proces kan het zo zijn dat een product afwijkt (kleur, gewicht). Door het rijpingsproces van zeep is het gewicht veranderlijk.

AANSPRAKELIJKHEID

Skin Culture is niet aansprakelijk voor letsel dat is ontstaan door het onjuist en/of onredelijk gebruik van de producten. Producten van Skin Culture zijn niet geschikt voor consumptie. In de productomschrijving op de website wordt aangegeven hoe je het product dient te gebruiken. Er wordt bij zeep met etherische oliën aangeraden om de zeep eerst te testen op een klein stukje huid wanneer je een gevoelige huid hebt of nog nooit eerder een zeep hebt gebruikt met een etherische olie. Zeep is geen medicijn. Raadpleeg altijd je arts bij huidklachten.

BESTELLEN EN BETALEN

Alle prijzen op de website zijn inclusief 21% BTW en exclusief eventuele verzendkosten. Skin Culture heeft het recht om prijzen ten alle tijden te wijzigen. De nieuwe prijzen worden niet doorgevoerd voor reeds te leveren bestellingen. Eventuele heffingen voor bestellingen van klanten in het buitenland zijn voor rekening van de klant in het buitenland. Na je bestelling ontvang je een bevestiging via e-mail. Mocht je na 24 uur nog geen bevestiging hebben ontvangen, neem dan contact met ons op. Je betaling moet uiterlijk 7 dagen na plaatsing van de bestelling binnen zijn. Zo niet, dan houdt Skin Culture zich het recht voor om je bestelling te annuleren. Soms komt het voor dat een product niet direct leverbaar is. Bestellen is dan mogelijk in de vorm van pre-order. Het product wordt dan geleverd zodra deze leverbaar is.

VERZENDING

De plaats van levering is het adres dat de klant kenbaar heeft gemaakt in het bestelproces. Dit kan het factuuradres zijn, of een ander adres. Hiervoor is er een optie “Verzenden naar een ander adres” die aangevinkt kan worden. Bij de bestelnotities kan er worden vermeld dat het, bijvoorbeeld, om een cadeau gaat. We streven ernaar je bestelling zo snel mogelijk te versturen. Skin Culture is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies en/of beschadiging van artikelen tijdens verzending. Als je bestelling door de vervoerder niet geleverd kan worden, bijvoorbeeld omdat het adres onjuist is, en het komt bij ons terug. Wij bieden je dan de mogelijkheid om tegen betaling de bestelling nogmaals te versturen.

RETOURNEREN

Bestellingen kunnen worden geretourneerd. Dit kan binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst en geschiedt op eigen kosten. Alleen producten in de originele onuitgepakte staat kunnen we terugnemen. Enkel de retourverzendkosten van jouw adres naar het Skin Culture zijn voor eigen rekening. Indien je gebruik maakt van het herroepingsrecht, zal het product met alle geleverde toebehoren en in de originele staat en verpakking aan het Skin Culture geretourneerd worden. Om gebruik ten maken van het recht retourneren dien je een e-mail te sturen naar info@skinculturesoaps.nl met alle informatie over de bestelling. Als wij alle producten hebben ontvangen en hebben kunnen controleren, ontvang je het bestelbedrag binnen 7 dagen op je rekening. Een uitzondering op het recht van herroeping zijn gepersonaliseerde bestellingen.

PRIVACY

De persoonlijke gegevens die je opgeeft bij het plaatsen van een bestelling worden door Nature Bar uitsluitend gebruikt voor het afhandelen van je bestelling. In geen geval verstrekken wij je gegevens aan derden.

COPYRIGHT & WEDERVERKOOP

Beeld en tekst van de website www.skinculturesoaps.nl mogen alleen met toestemming van Skin Culture worden gebruikt, ter promotie van Skin Culture. Voor een private label order kun je contact opnemen via info@skinculturesoaps.nl Ook voor inkooprijzen en wederverkoop-orders kun je contact met ons opnemen. Producten van Skin Culture mogen enkel worden doorverkocht in de originele verpakking, tenzij anders overeengekomen.

VRAGEN, OPMERKINGEN OF KLACHTEN

Skin Culture doet er alles aan om jouw vraag of opmerking zo snel mogelijk en met aandacht in behandeling te nemen. Typ-, zet- en drukfouten op deze website, verpakkingen en promotiemateriaal zijn voorbehouden.

GENERAL

These are the terms and conditions of Skin Culture. When you place an order with Skin Culture or have an agreement with Skin Culture you agree to the terms and conditions. Skin Culture reserves the right to adjust the general terms and conditions at any time.

AGREEMENT

There is an agreement when a private customer has placed an order with Skin Culture. An agreement exists when a business customer has returned a signed quote or placed an order.

PRODUCT

All Skin Culture products are handmade, based on natural ingredients. Skin Culture strives to deliver products as displayed on the website. Due to the traditional process, a product may deviate (color, weight). Due to the maturing process of soap, the weight is variable.

LIABILITY

Skin Culture is not liable for in juries caused by incorrect and / or unreasonable use of the products. Skin Culture products are not suitable for consumption. The product description on the website indicates how you should use the product. For soap with essential oils, it is recommended to test the soap on a small area of skin if you have sensitive skin or have never used a soap with an essential oil before. Soap is not a medicine. Always consult your doctor in case of skin complaints.

ORDER AND PAY

All prices on the website are inclusive of 21% VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs. Skin Culture has the right to change prices at any time. The new prices will not be implemented for orders that have already been delivered. Any levies for orders from customers abroad are for the account of the customer abroad. After your order you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us. Your payment must be received no later than 7 days after placing the order. If not, Skin Culture reserves the right to cancel your order. Sometimes it happens that a product is not immediately available. Ordering is then possible in the form of pre-order. The product will then be delivered as soon as it is available.

SHIPMENT

The place of delivery is the address that the customer has provided in the ordering process. This can be the billing address or another address. For this there is an option “Send to another address” that can be checked. In the order notes it can be stated that it is, for example, a gift. We strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. Skin Culture is not liable for loss and / or damage to articles during shipment. If your order cannot be delivered by the carrier, for example because the address is incorrect, and it is returned to us. We then offer you the option to resend the order for a fee.

RETURNS

Orders can be returned. This can be done within 14 days of receipt and at your own expense. We can only take back products in the original unpacked condition. Only the return shipping costs from your address to the Skin Culture are for your own account. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the Skin Culture with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging. To use the right to return, you must send an email to info@skinculturesoaps.nl with all the information about the order. If we have received and checked all products, you will receive the order amount on your account within 7 days. An exception to the right of withdrawal are personalized orders.

PRIVACY

The personal information you provide when placing an order will only be used by Nature Bar to process your order. Under no circumstances will we provide your data to third parties.

COPYRIGHT & RESALE

Image and text of the website www.skinculturesoaps.nl may only be used with the permission of Skin Culture, to promote Skin Culture. For a private label order you can contact us via info@skinculturesoaps.nl. You can also contact us for purchase prices and resale orders. Skin Culture products may only be resold in the original packaging, unless otherwise agreed.
